Currently the Secretariat of the Network is it composed of three persons namely Professor Lino Briguglio as Director, with Mr Dave Pulis as Administrator, and Ms Maryrose Vella and Ms Stephanie Vella as assistant administrators.

Official Opening Of The Premises
The Secretariat is located in an Annex of the Central Bank of Malta.
The premises were officially inaugurated by the Minister of Finance of the government of Malta, the Hon Tonio Fenech, on 1st July 2008. The government of Malta is paying the rent of the premises on behalf of the SSNED.

The secretariat operates on the basis of a manual of procedures (password protected).
