Governance Arrangements
The Network is governed by a Board of Trustees in line with its statute. Malta was elected as the Chair and Barbados as the Vice-Chair at the second meeting of the Board of Trustees  of the Network held on 29 February 2008 in Malta.  These positions will be held on a two-year rotational basis.  At the 6th Board of Trustees held in Samoa on 19th March 2010, Malta's tenure of the chair had come to an end and Barbados now holds the position of chair of the Board of Trustees.
